At The Gardener Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items such as seeds, fertilizers, and soil are non-returnable due to their perishable/nature-sensitive nature.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Perishable goods (live plants, seeds, fertilizers, soil mixes).


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, email us with order details and a photo of the issue.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
